Excellent app! Dropped my FCP to just over 2s after the patch — before that, my store was stuck at 13s… Lost thousands because of this tiny mistake. Now I use it on every single store I launch.

Relatively new to the app but very happy so far! Aside from some of the great automatic processes (my first pressing need was to re-name about 1500 image files) it has provided welcome guidance and focus to my SEO efforts! Customer service is also amazing, they contacted me about an issue I wasn't even aware of!!

5. Sep.: Great app and great support - highly recommended! It is easy to understand and really quick to work with. I could upgrade my SEO-store from some 40 to 65 within two days - this is what makes fun to further work with! 24. Sep: I must take back my good review - I was surprisingly charged €€66, although I had a "free" plan. As far as I can see, I reached the limit for free image optimization, but I was not made aware of this at any time. Unpleasant! Update: the €66 have been refunded, they resulted from a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, although app performance was very good, my confidence is gone, and I will not go on with this app. The five stars are for the really good support.

Thank you to Julia for her tremendous efforts. The speed of our has increased dramatically. We had a small issue with CSS changes making some buttons invisible but Julia was very quick in helping us locate and fix the change. If I could give more stars, I would. So far very happy with both the app and the incredible support.

The app has helped me optimize my products and store for a better user experience. Customer service was awesome. Very timely response when I posed questions. They even made recommendations for issues found when updating the site. I highly recommend using TinyIMG.

I had a very good experience with this app. Julia from support was extremely helpful and patient. She unlocked extra features for me and guided me clearly on how to use them. Everything worked smoothly, and I really appreciate her assistance. Great customer service and very useful app!
