Simon from TinyIMG personally reached out after identifying a technical issue on our website that was negatively affecting our Google rankings. He not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it quickly, and completely free of charge. This is the kind of service SEO agencies normally charge thousands for. On top of that, he helped resolve several other concerns I raised without hesitation. I’ve never had a better experience with any SEO company. The customer support far exceeded my expectations. Chris has been super helpful through the entire set-up process. I honestly don't know how I would have done my SEO properly without this amazing app and support. And...the speed improved tremendously after optimizing my images and implementing lazy loading and minify CCS/JS resources. Every site needs this app, in my opinion.

Easy to implement and get started. Interface is very easy to understand and navigate. Unintentionally and unknowingly created a bit of a headache on the technical side and support reached out to me unprompted to fix things. Fix took a matter of minutes and we're on our way. Only if everything in life were this easy.

I was using Tiny SEO along with another app for SEO on my website for around a year paying monthly, recently I moved Tiny SEO to a yearly plan and cancelled the other app membership. I find thee products they offer great but the thing that sets this apart from other providers is the customer service. I have gone to the team on livechat, usually speaking to Julia and I have to say - Julia consistently goes above and beyond for me everytime helping with a large array of things even when they are not perhaps something the Tiny SEO team should cover. Julias commitment to making sure the customer has the best possible experience is honestly amazing and I am already seeing website ranking improvements after following her suggestions. Thanks Julia!
