Exceptionally fast and excellent customer service. They reached out themselves after noticing an issue on my site and fixed it in no time. Very friendly and quick assistance and customer service. Really great for installing apps where customer service and technical support work efficiently.

I've been using TinyIMG for resizing images, optimizing site speed, and the meta data feature is a standout for me. I also appreciate the IndexNow integration – it shows that TinyIMG is constantly innovating, which will keep me using the app long term. Support, especially from Julia, has been quick and excellent. She’s patient, goes above and beyond, and the team has consistently exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer is a fantastic and stable app that works very quickly to deliver on its promises for SEO and image optimization. Had the pleasure of interacting with Eli from the development team for some minor tweaks, and the support was exceptional – issues resolved in just 5 minutes! There's a small learning curve to get familiar with everything, but it's definitely not rocket science. Highly recommend this app for its effectiveness and direct access to great service. 5 out of 5 stars!

TinySEO is honestly one of the most helpful SEO tools I’ve used. It helped me cut down over 15GB of unnecessary data just from image optimizations alone — huge win for site speed and performance! And shoutout to Julia from customer support — she’s the best! She went above and beyond, helped me figure out exactly which plan was right for me (and cheaper!), and saved me from picking the wrong one. Super responsive and genuinely cares.

We installed this app to improve our website’s speed and performance, and we immediately noticed some improvements. During the setup, we encountered a small technical issue, but what really impressed us was the customer support. Even though it was a Sunday evening, they responded promptly and guided us step by step until the issue was fully resolved. Such fast and competent assistance is truly rare.
