We’ve had a great experience with TinySEO and their support team. Efrain was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and clear in his communication. He helped us properly clean up our theme’s preinstalled JSON-LD and ensured our structured data was implemented correctly without duplication issues. The process was smooth, and he explained what was being changed and why — which gave us a lot of confidence. It’s rare to find app support that is both technically strong and proactive. Tiny but good - I'm happy with the app. We are not using all features, but what we use works and is simple to set up. The support team is great as well. Yesterday Simon helped me to set up noindexing for certain pages, he did it in a few minutes. Bevor I asked Simon I tried to do the same with the help of Sidekick, Chat GPT and Claude for three hours with no result at the end. So thanks!

I thought I would share my thoughts after only a few hours of onboarding, trialling the 'Expert' plan. I am definitely no expert, and don't dream of becoming one... but with the incredible of Simon we have achieved more in a few hours than I ever expected. The interface is clean, simple and makes sense. The support is quick and proactive, which is rare these days. I always say "We are great (if not the best in business) at making eco-luxury sleep essentials, but not great at making websites and optimising our online potential". It looks like I have found the perfect partner in Tiny SEO. Lets see how things go over the next month, and I might pop back with another review.
