It takes a little time to see results, but so far, we are very pleased with the app. Easy to install and use, and customer support is Amazing! The more we learn, the more questions we have, resulting in new found ways to utilize the app and increase results. We recommend Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer.

We have been using TinySEO on our UK Shopify store, and the results have been outstanding. We installed this app to improve our website’s speed and performance, and we immediately noticed some improvements. During the setup, we encountered a small technical issue, but what really impressed us was the customer support. Even though it was a Sunday evening, they responded promptly and guided us step by step until the issue was fully resolved. Such fast and competent assistance is truly rare. Great app and excellent support, highly recommended!

I am using it for one day now and already impressed by the fast customer service (Chris) to help me out with some questions. Changing from another SEO app seems to be the right choice so far. Easy to use and cost efficient. I can recommend it if you have not a lot of SEO experience or do not have the time to invest in it. Especially useful if you have a small business with little resources.

Besides providing an extremely helpful service, the customer service is top-notch. I made a major mistake with our store, and made their part of the solution to that mistake painless. Was very responsive as well.

Beware if using google shopping! Using this app will change all your image file URL's and reset the learning in all your campaigns causing roas to tank. Not clear enough warnings.
We have included multiple warnings that URLs may change during image optimization if filename optimization is enabled. The first warning appears in our Setup Wizard, and the second is in our FAQ. You can completely disable automatic optimization either in the Setup Wizard or later through the app settings, even if you initially chose to optimize the filenames. If filename optimization is turned off, filenames remain unchanged, and URLs stay exactly the same. I’ve also sent you an email, would you mind replying there?

It's pok, but I uninstalled and you charged me anyway. Now I have no way of turning off the subscription. Can you please remove me from your subscription?
Hi, If you pick a plan and use It even for a minute and uninstall, Shopify will always charge the full amount at a later date as you have a pending charge. Shopify does not charge instantly, but on your billing period ends. But we understand that the charge can be unexpected so we went ahead and refunded you the full amount. And you will not get charged in the future as Shopify cancels all subscriptions automatically when you uninstall. This is the same process for all Shopify apps as all apps have to use Shopify billing. So If you pick a plan and uninstall - you will get charged once for the time when you used the app. But If you message any app support - all of the apps will resolve It for you within minutes! I also sent you an email and a message on Facebook. Would you mind getting back to me on one of the contact channels ?
