I don't leave reviews... until something has exceeded my expectation. This app has improved my website operation, speed and visibility in a way that has pleased me, but the aspect I'm most impressed with is the automation of what this app can do. It takes a few 'ticks off your list' in daily and weekly maintenance, and that for me makes me feel confident with my choice of using this particular app. My experience may not be everyones experience, but I'm a very particular customer, and this app has been a breath of fresh air when running an online eCommerce business. I have been using TinyIMG for quite a while now, mainly to optimise my images, as I wouldn't have a clue how to do it myself. This app makes it so easy to do, and really makes a huge difference to how fast my website works. The pricing is really good too, for all the work it does. Can I also mention the Customer Service is amazing, for any problems. I recently had a query and Julia, the Customer Service representative, was very helpful, friendly, and sorted it out for me straight away - I was expecting a few days wait, but it was almost instant. So highly recommend TinyIMG to anyone looking to optimise their images on Shopify, it really is worth it!
