TinySEO is hands down one of the best companies I’ve worked with, and their customer service sets them apart! I feared this issue would take ages to resolve, but Julia, their incredible service representative, took care of it within minutes. Not only did she fix the problem, but she also went above and beyond by crediting me for extra charges I accidentally incurred. Her professionalism, efficiency, and kindness are a perfect example of what customer service should be in today’s world. TinySEO has proven to be an honest company that truly values its customers, and Julia is an outstanding representative of their values. I’m genuinely impressed and grateful—I highly recommend them!

Where is the 100-star option??? Chris went above and beyond to answer ALL my questions. I am new to SEO, and he was so helpful every step of the way. I'm the kind of person that likes to understand the "why" and a "how does this affect that and that and that" kind of person. He was patient with me the whole time. I feel confident I'm set up correctly, and I feel reassured that it will make a big difference in the long run. Once you understand the lay of the land, it all makes sense, but he helped me better grasp how all the pieces work together. It is a very user-friendly app. Feeling grateful!

I recently had the daunting task of migrating my e-commerce site from BigCartel to Shopify, and let me tell you, the transition wasn't as seamless as I hoped when it came to SEO. That's where Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer came to the rescue. SEO is on top now and all automated. This app comes highly recommended.

I encountered some SEO issues due to conflicting apps. Julia was very helpful and helped me remove the conflicting codes. The app so far has been very informative in guiding me through on how I can improve my store's SEO.

This app was so easy to use and when I did need help, it was given right away. I was able to boost the mobile speed of my site by 10% within the first half hour of using this app and my desktop speed is at 98% now, up from 89% according to site speed evals. Both are considerable numbers. I can't wait to see improvements to speed and visibility in the coming weeks from all of the SEO work the app is doing for me now too

I really like the app. For me, many topics are new and therefore very difficult to understand and the app is a great support and explains the topics very well and also has great support. I didn't have to pay an expensive agency but was able to tackle many important topics (SEO, image optimization...) myself with the app.

I give this 5 stars because Julia has been so supportive and helpful. She answers all my questions regarding SEO and performed so many fixes to my website that I have noticed an immediate speed boost. Highly recommend TinySEO because of the support!

Support was very helpful and went over and above what I expected. Don't let the message of responding within 3 hours concern you since my experience was much faster in hearing from someone.
