5 stars for this app! I'm so happy with the support I've received so far from the customer service team! They've been super helpful with all my questions, and it's quite an easy-to-use app for someone who has just gotten into SEO. I would recommend it.

So far so good. App is working great in the background making all necessary changes. Customer service is top notch as well, guiding you through the process and assisting as much as possible. Will definitely keep working with TinySEO for the timebeing.

This is such an easy app to work with. As a new business owner, some of the terminologies might be difficult to understand and tasks can be daunting but this app made the tasks easy to complete. It has good definitions, clear guide on what to do at each stage. I used it for optimising my images, improving page speed, adding alt text to my images, site audit and SEO. It's an all in one package. I needed help, Julia and Chris were very helpful. I would recommend the app to anyone.

I downloaded this app because of the high ratings and comments I saw on the reviews. Also, this app appears to do everything and more that any shop owner would want and need. I recently went live on an updated version of my store and went to check the app settings. A pop up chat form asked if I wanted assistance and so I started the chat. Needless to say, the support goes above and beyond to help. They take the time to explain a lot of the features to help with the optimization of my store. Chris was my support help and he was great! I was blown away. Highly recommend!

The reason that png images were converted to jpg is because in set up wizard the option was selected to convert. But we resolved the issue for you instantly as we saw your email. Would you mind getting back to me on email ?

This is a great app and the customer service is fantastic. Julia spent a long time talking to me on a Sunday, fixed my problem and offered additional suggestions for improving my SEO.

Tiny SEO is a great application, taking a lot of the guesswork out of SEO and Speed Optimization. Not only is the application great, their customer service is as well. Julia was a great help for me, I originally asked to enable lazy loading. But Julia told me that it was not needed and proceeded to help me optimize my site further. I would highly recommend anyone this application.

The support from Julia is just amazing! I thought I had just a speed problem with my shop. But she was able to find many other things that made the shop work properly. And of course she found out how the speed could be improved. A very simple explanation was given, without any "clever IT" terminology. For people like me, who are really artistic, it helps tremendously. Thanks Julia.

I have had the most amazing customer service experience with this app, the response time was in seconds. Julia went above and beyond to help me solve my issues, i think she even did more than she needed to do. I would recommend this APP to everyone, TRUST ME it is worth it, I LOVE IT!
