I am absolutely thrilled by Julia's customer service for me. I didn't realize it, but it was her day off and she helped me through a complicated problem. She was patient and kind to me. I am a beginning learner in this process. Julia went way out of her way to solve my problem. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service, Julia. I also worked with Simon on a different problem just now which is a few months after I worked with Julia.. Simon was fantastic too. He listened and solved my problems quickly andd expertly just as Julia did. 5 star review. Love this app.

I had a little trouble starting off but their team was very helpful to get all the issues fixed very quickly. Once everything was working, this app was fantastic and saved me days of work!

The app has been excellent so far! It is very user friendly and has definitely improved the speed of my site. The image optimization has saved me so much time. The customer service is wonderful too, they are super responsive and I love the live chat option.
