Developing my shop and out of the blue I was contacted by Julia who implemented SEO optimization through the Tiny SEO. In 5 minutes all the issues I was having were resolved. Thanks Julia !

I was honestly skeptical when choosing an SEO app because there are so many options out there. After doing some research yesterday (and with a little help from my bestie ChatGPT), I decided to go with TinyIMG, mainly because of the price. I was blown away by how many tools and tasks were included, and admittedly, a little overwhelmed. I used the chat box thinking I might hear back in a week, but Julia jumped in right away to help me get started. She was so friendly, helpful, and reassuring. Fast forward to today: I still had questions and wasn’t totally sure what needed tweaking. I reached out again, hoping someone would respond quickly (and wondering if I just got lucky the first time). Martin answered immediately and walked me through everything step by step. He answered all my questions, provided clear guidance, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. It genuinely felt like he was sitting right next to me. I thought this process was going to be confusing and painful, but instead I felt seen, heard, and fully supported. I’m incredibly grateful. I love it when things just work smoothly, especially because there are already enough hassles and roadblocks in the eCommerce world. TinyIMG is truly heaven-sent. Look no further. Seriously.

Tiny SEO is a game changed and has saved me a bunch of time! Helps with optimisation significantly. Help/Support is amazing - questions answered within a few minutes, with clear and precise instructions that work. No need for me to have to interpret or find my way around the instructions... straight to the point with screenshots to assist. My business is image heavy so TINY SEO is my secret sauce! :-)

I downloaded this app several weeks ago and it has been so helpful in optimizing my website. It's user friendly and has great customer service. Whenever I've needed support I just reach out and within a short period of time get the help I need. I would recommend this app for its ease of use, functionality and customer service support.
