Amazing support!

I love Tiny SEO Image Optimize!!! the tools that I use most are the audit tools, the meta descriptions and the broken links!!! Very user friendly and I love using it!!

It's a set it and forget it app. My team doesn't have to worry about product images while uploading; they get sorted automatically. Script control and pre-loading have helped me optimize my store's performance. The SEO features are also nice, although I haven't dived deeper into those yet. But the most outstanding thing is the support, they're quick, responsive, humans and extremely nice, a breath of fresh air.

I can see a difference in our page speed. Support is very responsive to answer my questions and assist where needed. Referring me to the appropriate video was also of help.

The application is really efficient and customer service is fast and qualified to help and provide clarifying guidance, the attendant Julia helped me by giving me all the necessary information and carrying out tests in my store to help me increase the speed of my website.

I experienced an issue with lazy loading applying to an image that was negatively impacting the largest contentful paint which was undesirable. I reached out to TinyIMG/Tiny SEO support and they were able to identify and address the issue quickly. Simon was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Very grateful for this plugin and their wonderful staff, would highly recommend it to others.

fantastic app. i immediately noticed improvements, especially in indexing. In addition, the support really helps you understand and solve any problems there may be. i really recommend it.

Very nice support, great support they were responsive and friendly. Image compression works great highly recommend that feature. However the lazy load is incorrectly implemented it lazy loads everything or nothing. Images above the fold should not be lazy loaded per UX standards. This is not an option with this plugin.

This is such a helpful app, and the customer support is top shelf. I got to chat with Simon and he was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me solve my problem right away. Shopify apps can be so hit or miss, but this one is great.
