I was really worried about how to increase the speed of my website. As I was scrolling through I got this site. I saw such good rating so I installed their App. And they really did not disappoint me. I am so happy that I am using this app. Everything is so well defined and segregated that even for a person like me who is not at all tech savvy it was so easy to understand. When I got into a little problem Martin got me out of the issue. He was so quick to address my issue. Thanks a lot Martin

App does what it says and is well prices. You don't really need support often but the one time I did (to activate Lazy Loading) the reply was instant and sorted. On the lazy loading feature I think it is awesome the lock it to ensure you have backed up your site before activating - shows real dedication to the user. I will certainly look at this vendors other apps

Being new to SEO, I was getting stuck using the app, even though it is very user friendly. But as soon as I contacted the TinyIMG support team, Chris was fantastic! . . . explaining what I was doing wrong, He went way beyond expectations to help; then looked at other areas of my site and made great recommendations. Now I understand the app, and it is a must-have in my opinion, compared to the other SEO apps I considered. I am on the yearly plan - for only $96 plus usage, it is a great deal, compared to the prices of other SEO apps. Then the icing on the cake is the support I got from Chris - he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really interested in helping. Don't hesitate - get the yearly plan of TinyIMG. This is such an easy app to work with. As a new business owner, some of the terminologies might be difficult to understand and tasks can be daunting but this app made the tasks easy to complete. It has good definitions, clear guide on what to do at each stage. I used it for optimising my images, improving page speed, adding alt text to my images, site audit and SEO. It's an all in one package. I needed help, Julia and Chris were very helpful. I would recommend the app to anyone.

Great app

I downloaded this app because of the high ratings and comments I saw on the reviews. Also, this app appears to do everything and more that any shop owner would want and need. I recently went live on an updated version of my store and went to check the app settings. A pop up chat form asked if I wanted assistance and so I started the chat. Needless to say, the support goes above and beyond to help. They take the time to explain a lot of the features to help with the optimization of my store. Chris was my support help and he was great! I was blown away. Highly recommend!

The application is fantastic, and has simplified the work we need to perform to optimize our website for proper SEO. This solution lets us focus on other critical areas needed to build our business while optimizing our web presence.
