Very easy to do SEO, the Ai generation is top tier (I am new to SEO). Also being able to resize pictures with one click is fantastic 10/10 would recommend.

Well set out and easy to follow the steps within this app. It helps a lot and makes some real improvements to store performance. Helpline chat is great and the team are skilled and very helpful in making proactive improvements and sharing experience

I recently signed up for the yearly subscription with the need of optimizing our site for SEO and speed. For our Shopify 1.0 store, we paid a developer thousands, literally to optimize. Now that our site is on Shopify’s 2.0 platform, we signed up to TinyIMG to do the heavy lifting for use (by the way ChatGPT recommended them as a best practice solution!) They were the perfect partner. Their platform is easy to navigate (I am not an SEO expert in any way), and pretty intuitive. There are MANY items their platform natively does, such as reducing file size of ALL of your images on your entire site behind the scenes. Genius. No more pre optimizing or running batches in Photoshop, you just upload your images, set the default pixel dimension, and let the app do the rest. The real power (for me so far) is in their AI meta descriptions, which keeps titles (under 60 characters and descriptions under 160) from being truncated in Google search. Shopify allows many more characters but TinyIMG wants all of your description to be visible for Google users. When I hit a question regarding my AI Meta description strategy, I pinged their 24/7 chat, and Julia walked me through the essentials and then dropped in a few pro tips for optimizing my site! Thank you Julia for your terrific help this morning. So far, I can quickly see how TinyIMG has already paid for itself, literally!

I have loved using this tool and the customer service has been outstanding! Chris, in particular, has been so patient in walking me through a few things to get set up, but all the staff has helped at some point since I've been using it awhile. It's nice to have the pics resized and broken links taken care of so I can spend my time doing other things in the business. I definitely recommend this App!

There are many optimization apps available on Shopify, and it can be a tough decision to choose the right one. After much comparison and deliberation among the numerous apps, we decided to go with Tiny, and we have no regrets about that choice. Any app can encounter issues during the installation process. The most important thing is whether you can receive proper support when such problems arise. We had a great experience with Tiny. They provide support with utmost delicacy, honesty, and thoroughness. In particular, our contacts, Simon and Julia, provided us with the highest level of support that we had never experienced on Shopify before. The installation issues were resolved smoothly, and we subscribed to Tiny after experiencing it firsthand. While everyone may have different needs, Tiny was the solution we needed the most. It allowed us to easily resolve tasks that used to consume a tremendous amount of time, enabling us to focus more on other tasks. We sincerely want to express our gratitude to Tiny. While there are many good companies and apps in India and Vietnam, the fact that Tiny’s company is based in the UK in Europe was the biggest reason for our choice. If you need an optimization app, we confidently recommend trying Tiny at least once. We are sure you will be satisfied.

Very user-friendly and intuitive. Support is also 10/10. Really going out of their way to help out even if you are on Free Plan.

I can't say this actually fixed my problem, but it does help fix a lot of the problems fairly easy. Such as adding Alt="names" to all the images, fixing the broken links, resizing images, lazy-loading (although I believe Shopify kind of already has lazy loading rendered into the images), and more features. As it stands, my page speed hasn't really increased, maybe marginally, but it still removed a lot of the headaches. I give this 5 stars mostly because the customer support was very helpful.

Zero Stars for Snakes!!! They keep charging you after you delete the app before the trial period ends. I was charged twice in the same month for my other store. Here is what they say, Shopify told us that you need to reach out to them and they will explain where the refund that we issued went. The refund is in Shopify credit and most likely It was used for another app or Shopify plan Itself. Due to privacy reasons they cannot disclose exactly where It was used, but If you provided both of the screenshots I sent to you - Shopify will explain that we refunded you and where the refund went. What they said, Sorry for the late reply. I was talking to Shopify about It. So the invoice was created on June 8 (after 3 day trial) and billed on June 30: And we refunded you on June 22 for the June 8 - July 8 period. You had a single charge and we refunded the full amount. Here is my app info that had a 30 day trial. June 21 - App uninstalled June 4 - App installed There is no refund credit on my account except one for today and the money does not go back into your account either. Shopify support is now transferring it to their billing department to resolve the issue. These people are liars and snakes and will continuously send emails to try to make you sign up again. This app messed up ALL of my stores. BEWARE INSTALLING THIS APP FOR YOUR STORE!

Shopify told us that the merchant was informed where the credit was applied, but still decided to leave a review while they previously had left us a highest rating review. Billing reviews are really sad to get due to apps not having control over billing. Old response: Hi, Julia here. I deleted our CEOs reply as I feel really hurt about your review. Please understand that there is no point in not refunding you and ruining our reputation. We have been in conversation about your 3 stores and I went out of my way and refunded you for all of the 3 stores and for 2 of them I convinced my team to provide you with a free one year trial because you said you cannot afford the subscriptions.. Terrible predatory app. I used the trial version and ran through a few images. I didn't see the results I wanted and cancelled before the end of the trial. They still charged my shopify account $67!! Stay far away, just optimize your images yourself. You'll have better results anyway without another app slowing your store down.

This happens all the time and we always refund on request. It's really sad to see reviews instead of receiving an email for billing issues when we can resolve them within minutes, especially when we get reviews published only after 24h or more so we cannot react fast to the issue at hand.
