Fantastic customer service through Chat. Appears simple to install, but after reflection I decided that for now my website is working really well, and so I did not fully install. But I was terribly impressed by the customer support.

I am still familiarizing myself with everything but so far the setup was super simple and the format of the app is easy. I'm currently digging into the SEO portion of Tiny and I know I need to continue to make some tweaks for speed optimization, but how great that I know that based on the information provided to me by Tiny!

Simon is and was a huge help a few different issues I had with my store, seo, lagging on my home page and redirects. He took his time to explain me how I could utilize the app to benefit my goals and delivered resources by way of links to reputable sites in order for me to understand what my numbers all mean. Simon is my go to but I have had a wonderful experience with other members of the team too. Highly recommend Tiny SEO.
