I've been using TinyIMG for three years! I do not like to leave reviews on Shopify App Store, but I have to for TinyIMG, and it's all thanks to Julia's dedicate help all the time. From the first day I installed the app, I had lots of questions about how to configure the settings and what those different features work for. I'm not a developer, so I am not familiar with those SEO terminologies, but Julia was always there to help. Thanks to her patient and dedicated support, I've learned so much about SEO and clearly know just how valuable TinyIMG really is. It saves me a huge amount of time optimizing large banners, generating meta description, and configuring formatted JSON-LD. In today's chat with Julia about the new features of TinyIMG, I am glad to learn that TinySEO now supports LLMs, which helps AI like ChatGPT to better understand my website. I just set it up! Looking forward to seeing how it improves my website's GEO performance.

I love this app, makes me optimize both images and meta-texts and a lot more. Also very helpful staff that not only help with what I ask but also gives me tips of other optimalisations. I love the app more the more I discover.

The app works great, and even as a novice with SEO, I found it easy to use. Customer support was outstanding — they explained how to optimize my setup and even made some of the changes for me. The step-by-step directions were clear and included helpful images. They also pointed out that I had duplicate apps installed, so I was able to remove another SEO app and save money. Top-notch service and an excellent app!

I love this application it makes life so much easier on Shopify especially when starting out, I don't think I could have done without it for my SEO, meta descriptions, image optimisations and alt texts. Very helpful chat the team responds super quickly, thank you so much you are fantastic.

Really great app with outstanding support. I had issues with low-quality JSON-LD from my theme, and Julia quickly identified and fixed the problem for me. She also reviewed my setup to help me get the most out of the app. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants clean structured data, time-saving features, and excellent support!
