I love this app! Customer support is excellent!!! I worked with Martin and he helped make sure that I had set up my app correctly, he walked me through everything I needed to do to get it right. He gave me recommendations to help me out moving forward too, I would recommend this app to everyone because of the support that is provided with it.

They are crazy helpful. It’s truly shocking to get such amazing customer service. They did a custom SEO tag for us all because I just mentioned this would be great to have. They are sooo easy to get to a human. If every app took after them it would save a lot of headaches. Thank you sooo much for this stellar service!! Greatly appreciated.

Simon is and was a huge help a few different issues I had with my store, seo, lagging on my home page and redirects. He took his time to explain me how I could utilize the app to benefit my goals and delivered resources by way of links to reputable sites in order for me to understand what my numbers all mean. Simon is my go to but I have had a wonderful experience with other members of the team too. Highly recommend Tiny SEO. I am able to see everything from my dashboard and really hone in all the different ways to get my google ranking up. Thank you Again Simon. You were extremely helpful and we had a few laughs too.

Tiny:SEO are super super fast in replying to any query. So glad I invested in getting the app for my Shopify site. I had low site speed and they have helped improve things and helped me see where I need to focus my efforts with the SEO

I am new to SEO, especially for Shopify, but I learn fast. This seems to be a great app based on my quick test, but I am primarily writing this review for the FANTASTIC customer service I received from them this morning. Eli was at first, extremely helpful and patient with me about some sort of glitch that my system or Shopify site was having. She gave me instructions on how to get TinySEO installed and authorized properly and (after the many attempts I had made) got it all sorted out in a jiffy! Then she offered to assist me with an issue completely unrelated to TinySEO or mere customer service, I gave her collaborator access, and she went into my account and fixed the other issue in minutes, without me even being aware of the issue, thus entirely of her own volition! We then proceeded to have a very illuminating conversation. Like no customer care interaction I have ever had before! If this is what to expect from them in the customer service department then we can have great expectations from their app development! Commendable! I'm now going to actually dive deep into testing the app and properly evaluating it. I'll be back for a second review - it permitted - later.

Been using the pro version for about a week now and our SEO score improved already with 12%. What i am most impressed about is the support. Due to a stupid mistake on our part all files in our store got deleted. There is no way to recover these from Shopify side. Luckily TinyIMG had a backup of all product and collection pictures and reinstalled everything in about an hour of this mishap and we were back up and running. Life savers! Can't recommend enough.

Amazing app with more possibilities than you would expect. You need to dive a bit into it but all becomes clear in an easy way. And if not support is available with the perfect know-how. Highly recommend it.
