The support is fantastic, they helped us customize our special needs and requests even though when went back and forth a few times. The app itself suits our needs and helped us bringing our navigation to the next level.

We've been using this app on our website for a while now, and it has been great! So easy to change and update it as we need. Love how user friendly & how easy it is to personalise! We've also never had a glitch, which we find a lot of apps have their moments. Absolutely deserving of every star for us!

Please read this review..... I have been operating my website for over 4 years and recently went from 500 products to a full home and appliance website similar to Kogan... I needed an app that could handle many Categories and collections with sub-menus, so I tried this app This app is amazing its easy to use and has made a huge improvement to our website and has organized all our Categories and collections perfectly I have had a couple of moments where I have asked the app developers to help out and I would have to say hands down over all the years with dealing with other app developers the owners of this app and the support they provide are the best services I have had...This app is a must-have....... you need to try it you won't regret it

The Smart Menu is an easy handling app which provides first class menu options. The support of the qikify team is outstanding. They are really on point and try to support where ever you need em! All over one of the most helpful and best apps we are using.

the mobile menu is useless, it loses its dimensions, the design of your mobile menu is lost, it would be great if you had a guide to solve this problem, thank you for your time reading this review.
Hi CastellPet, Sorry for your bad experience with our app. Our Smart Menu on mobile will be drop-down menu. You can preview the menu in our app settings before publishing it. Also on mobile, Smart Menu takes the style of your theme's menu, color options in app can't apply on mobile. Our support team had replied your ticket about this issue. Menu looks great! just what I was looking for! Really easy and friendly to use. The look and feel of my website is much better and also pretty sure that will help in the navigation of my customers.

I am using the Brooklyn theme and I didn't like their menu options. Smart Menu has given me the freedom to create exactly what I want. It took a few minutes to figure out how to design the menu, but it is really worth the effort. I am so happy with the results and it automatically created a mobile menu bar as well. I needed a bit of help removing the old Shopify menu and the Smart Menu help team got back to me and sorted it out within a few minutes.

Nice app, but it seems it doesn't handle multiple languages / translations at all ? or am I doing something wrong ?
Thanks for your feedback. To answer your question: Shopify doesn't support a native tool to translate a store, you need to use a translation app instead. And our Smart Menu is compatible with some translation apps, which you can use to add another language to your menu. Please contact us at support.qikify.com for further guides. Best regards.

Great app! very well put, helps you make use of megamenu features even if your theme does not allow you to. Keep up the great work! Easy to use, great presentation, many options on how to create and populate your menus. Go to bricks and minifigs slc dot com and checkout our menu so you know what I am talking about.

I got my mega menu set up fast and easily! It looks much better and has so many more options than my theme's built-in mega menu. The problem was that my theme's search bar was layered underneath the menu. So when I did a search, the results would be underneath my nav bar. It seemed to be a z-index issue with my theme. One that I was unable to fix so I reached out for help. I emailed Qikify support and in about 24 hours not only did they reply but they also fixed the problem for me. 5 stars on both of the apps I've used from Qikify. I may just have to try more out. Thanks again for the help!
