This app is amazing. It's easy to set up, allows text translations, and even supports different currencies. But my favorite feature is the support! They reply really fast and have been very helpful. Definitely a 10-star app that has made our life so much easier

Highly recommend this app! The set up and integration was very easy. We have numerous shipping profiles based on various conditions including cart, customer, product and delivery zones and with ShipEZ we have finally found an app we can use that addresses all of the conditions we need. We also have a subscription app active on our store and whilst it wasn't clear at the start if this app was compatible, it has integrated seamlessly with our subscriptions app. We did have one small issue with a new shipping profile we introduced but the responsiveness and support was second to none and the issue was resolved quickly. Thanks Brian, your super speedy support is amazing!

This App is great & offers lots of flexibility. We have a fairly complex setup and on speaking with the support, we were quickly set up and ready to build our shipping rates. The customer support really was second to none - fantastic service.

Absolutely amazing customer response and support. We have unique and complex business rules that involve third-party apps for product options that generate products dynamically with multiple shipping profiles by product type. The live chat/customer support was super responsive, and they have gone above and beyond with implementing custom functions to support our business (and others in the process) so new product data can sync for calculated rates. They also went into their app and set up test scenarios for the unique business rules we have in place so we could see how it needed to be set up since it is not a typical use case shown in the documentation (quantity-based by profile/zone, but also flat cost per item after a threshold). I can't recommend them highly enough!

Outstanding functionality and exceptional customer service! While Shopify’s shipping options offer a decent baseline, they lack the customizability that most businesses need. I’ve tried every single shipping app available, and this one is BY FAR the best. Shipping isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, and this app gives you the tools needed to achieve anything.
