This is amazing! I know AI is way smarter than I could ever be, but I just installed this smartbot and tested it on our site. I asked 95% of our customer service questions to it and it answered all of them flawlessly without me having to give it any information. This will cut back a lot of my customer service time. I'm very excited.

Fairly adjustable, sometimes the SmartBot might be a little stupid; but AI learns fast and on-the-go. Overall pretty satisfied.
