This app does have great features. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription immediately, you will not receive a refund. I contacted them repeatedly but received no response. After uninstalling the app, their manager sent me an email. When I replied to this email again requesting a refund, I received no response. Please choose this app with caution; you'll waste a lot of time and money. If the Bestchat administrators see this review, please refund our subscription fee, as we didn't even use the features!

In fact, we provide a 7-day free trial period before subscription so that users can fully experience the features before making a payment. Additionally, after you raised your concerns, we communicated with you multiple times via email to clarify the situation. According to our subscription policy, cancellation means stopping the renewal of the next billing cycle and does not include a refund for the current paid period. This is a common practice in the SaaS industry and is clearly stated to all users during registration. Honestly pretty bad. It’s great that it links to your shopify store but the training options are way too limited which makes it impossible to use this AI bot for anything above tracking orders, making very basic (and often wrong) suggestions and redirecting customers to store policies. Also note that these developers offer 30% off the plan if you leave a good review which makes this review page completely erroneous.

This SmartBot demonstrates impressive intelligence, as it was able to access and share internal information from our Shopify account. While this showcases its capabilities, it also raises significant privacy concerns. I am now questioning what other information this company may have accessed. This is quite alarming and deserves attention.
