Love how even with the free plan the chats are still unlimited. The app is straightforward and easy to use. I recommend.

Semplice e intuitivo, dopo aver provato altri 5 chatbot finalmente mi sono fermato a questo. Si addestra da solo e il linguaggio che usa è amichevole e pulito, perfetto!

Once installed, ask the bot questions about your products to identify holes in knowledge. It is quite a quick process and helps the bot learn and for us to leanr how a customer may use the bot. Really good so far.....and fun!
