I like the was the app converses with clients but I do think that it could use some more tweaks there have been customers that are looking for a product and it didn’t recognize that we carry the product as well as other variations.

Je recommande l'app SmartBot à 100%. En effet, après avoir testé une vingtaine d'app de chat, je n'ai jamais eu ce que je voulais. Une fois j'avais une app qui demandais à un humain du service client quand elle ne savait pas mais on ne pouvais pas demander au bot de reprendre la conversation. Une autre fois j'ai eu une app pas assez professionnelle ou qui ne respectais pas la charte graphique ou l'image de la marque. Après avoir également testé les apps redirigeant vers WhatsApp, je me suis rendu compte que cela n'étais vraiment pas optimisé. Bref, cette app est pour moi la meilleure à avoir !
