The bot is good at taking information from our website and applying it to it's replies. It's useful to be able to train it how to reply to certain questions. Overall really like the app

Shopify has a fixed settlement period, and we have not yet received your subscription funds. Once we receive the settlement from Shopify, we will issue your refund. Regarding your comment about not receiving a refund, we find it difficult to accept as it does not accurately reflect our communication and intentions.
