I feel that the learning time was very short and the bot seems to work quickly and accuratly with little training.

Seems OK, only it recommends sold-out products even after training it not to do so. Lots of customization possibilities, and no need for the visitor to start with giving their email address.

SmartBot saves us a lot of time answering questions personally. It recommends products based on what we've trained it to recommend, including providing product links. We need to train it a bit more as some of the answers it's given have been a bit off the mark but we'll get it right soon enough.

Nice app I just wish they would let you pick the products the app learns rather than leaving it up to the app itself and it would be nice to have a way to remove the "SmartBot by BestChat" link and description at the bottom of the chat window. If these two thing ever get taken care of the app would be perfect in my opinion.

the product is excellent. but the support team is not active to response. i have emailed thrice but still no response from their side about few questions i asked. as i have subscribed for 300 USD plan, i was expecting a better service. atleast human support

I like the was the app converses with clients but I do think that it could use some more tweaks there have been customers that are looking for a product and it didn’t recognize that we carry the product as well as other variations.

Hasta ahora todo va perfecto, identifica bien los productos y responde con asertividad. Solo he tenido un problema, es sensible a mayúsculas y mis pedidos empiezan con MM y si un usuario copia mm, no lo encuentra.
