A SmartBot telepítése után gyakorlatilag nonstop ügyfélszolgálatunk lett, ami rengeteg időt és energiát spórolt meg nekünk. Intelligensen kezeli a gyakori kérdéseket, a rendelési infókat és még upsellezni is képes! A testreszabhatóság zseniális, a beállítás percek alatt ment, az ügyféltámogatás pedig profi és gyorsan reagál. Ha komolyan gondolod az automatizálást és a vásárlói élményt, akkor ez must have. Már az első héten érezhetően csökkent az e-mailes terhelés, és nőtt az elégedettség.

A SmartBot messze az egyik legjobb döntés volt, amit a webshopunkhoz hoztunk! Hihetetlenül egyszerű beállítani, és az AI tényleg érti a vásárlók kérdéseit – legyen szó rendelésekről, szállításról vagy termékinfókról. Az automatizált válaszok pontosak, gyorsak, és rengeteg időt spórolnak meg nekünk nap mint nap. Az ügyfélszolgálati terhelés legalább 60%-kal csökkent! So far, my experience with this app has been smooth. I still have to test it for a few more days to see if it performs as expected. However, sometimes there are some issues like, occasionally telling customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory, recommending products that are not necessarily our best sellers, or not answering to questions when prompted. Additionally, I feel that the order status answer is a bit limited because it could retrieve the estimated shipping times from the product pages but it doesn't. The value is also a bit higher than other available options, so one needs to see their options and decide :)
