Great app with really impressive support! SmartBot works smoothly, looks clean and professional, and was very easy to integrate into my Shopify store. SmartBot has been very helpful so far. The conversations feel natural, and it handles customer questions clearly and professionally. I like that it keeps the conversation going instead of giving short robotic answers. It explained promotions correctly, responded politely when the customer said the product was too expensive, and even asked follow-up questions to be more helpful. Overall, it makes customer support feel smoother and more engaging.
