Sehr leichte Integration.

So far, my experience with this app has been smooth. I still have to test it for a few more days to see if it performs as expected. However, sometimes there are some issues like, occasionally telling customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory, recommending products that are not necessarily our best sellers, or not answering to questions when prompted. Additionally, I feel that the order status answer is a bit limited because it could retrieve the estimated shipping times from the product pages but it doesn't. The value is also a bit higher than other available options, so one needs to see their options and decide :)

I recently try the SmartBot. The setup is seamlessly and easy. I gave it a few tries. It learns my products quickly and provides good recommendations or instructions. I will give it a few more tries; but anyway, it is a helpful AI bot for Shopify stores.
