SmartBot is a very useful app, it helps me a lot for my online store. The AI-powered chatbot quickly responds to customer inquiries and provides personalized product recommendations. It has significantly improved my customer engagement and conversion rates. Highly recommend this app!

The bot is good at taking information from our website and applying it to it's replies. It's useful to be able to train it how to reply to certain questions. Overall really like the app

More useful than some of the others we have tried at www.caratspark.com. Feels more natural and can answer very specific questions around services not offered as well.
