Estou bastante satisfeito com o desempenho do chatbot! A IA dele é realmente impressionante, com respostas ágeis e precisas, o que tem melhorado muito a experiência dos meus clientes. Quanto às personalizações, ainda não explorei todas as opções disponíveis, então não sei dizer se o sistema oferece recursos avançados de customização. No entanto, o que tenho visto até agora já superou minhas expectativas. Se o plano gratuito continuar com essa qualidade, certamente vou assinar a versão paga para aproveitar ainda mais funcionalidades. Vale muito a pena pelo suporte automatizado e profissional que esse chatbot proporciona!

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

This chatbot has successfully generated sales for me, which is fantastic! However, there's an issue—it occasionally tells customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory.
