Estou bastante satisfeito com o desempenho do chatbot! A IA dele é realmente impressionante, com respostas ágeis e precisas, o que tem melhorado muito a experiência dos meus clientes. Quanto às personalizações, ainda não explorei todas as opções disponíveis, então não sei dizer se o sistema oferece recursos avançados de customização. No entanto, o que tenho visto até agora já superou minhas expectativas. Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.
