I've been a Smartrmail customer for years via another ecommerce platform (Shopify newbie, here!) and i can honestly say that i'm wildly impressed by Nicholas and the team. they're super responsive and thoughtful - often going above and beyond to assist my team and i. 11/10!

Very quick to respond super helpful, the app itself is very user friendly and and straightforward definitely worth it.

Easy and fast to create emails, I love that you can get the pic and link by just searching. The chat is so helpful and the staff are all great. The really do their best to help with whatever you are needing. Highly recommend!!

Just started but so far I think this app is great and the support team are really helpful. It didn't take long to get to grips with using the app and it makes emails quick and easy!

Very easy to use! Very user friendly templates and easy to set up automations. I highly recommend it, especially for those, like me, that have limited knowledge of html etc :)

Makes marketing tools available for those not tech savvy. The app is very easy to use and fun. I especially like that we can draft newsletters and set times for them to send.

So far very happy with smartrmail and their customer service. Really responsive & friendly! They always have an answer to my questions, so I really feel supported on a daily basis especially with us recently re-platforming to shopify and all the tasks that were required. thank you!

I tried this App after using Monkey themed email package and another Shopify linked Email application, the open rates on the second of the two was very poor. Smartrmail has similar open rates to the Monkey themed email supplier suggesting their servers are more trusted by the big email companies. For the price this is very good value email service we have a mid-sized list and this product saves us over $150 a month compared with the Monkey themed email package. The auto email options are good but not as robust as the more expensive service. I'd also like the option to add other fields to customer data, as the segmentation is good. The support is very quick and helpful. I look forward to seeing Smartrmail develop. Overall a good reasonably priced email package.

I have been having great success with them. I’ve had some questions here and there and someone was quick to help me. Well except on weekends because that’s not included with the basic account. But otherwise I have no complaints and I recommend them for your business. It’s pretty simple to use and easy to figure out how to set up newsletters and pop ups etc...that was the most important thing for me.

We needed a new marketing email service and SmartrMail is by far the best we have used. They respond within minutes if you email them with any questions regarding their app. I would highly recommend using SmartrMail!!!

So easy to use compared to other email marketing apps! Also bringing information and photos from Shopify is automated. Makes things a lot easier :)

Their customer service is probably the best I have ever received. I would highly recommend this app. Its working perfectly for us and we are already seeing a return based off our 1st newsletter.

I used this app to start my email marketing. This has been something that I have neglected because it seemed to complicated. This app made it easy to set up my monthly newsletter and email campaigns. The complimentary video chat with Josh was great and helped me learn the system and get up and running quickly.
