Smartrmail product and customer service is second to none. They can't do enough for you and their response rates are amazing. They are always on the end of the emails or live chat straight away and I couldn't of wished for better service. Jesse is currently helping us make changes in our account and to our emails and it's just amazing the lengths him and the team are going to, couldn't have wished for a better service. THANK YOU!!!

I just downloaded the app today. I am impressed by the customer service. I had questions about how to create a newsletter and Moe set up a zoom call to walk me through the steps. I would definetly recommend this app.

We changed from Shopify's standard email to SmartrMail and couldn't be happier. The customisation ability and speed to create great looking newsletters is fantastic!

The support team is very helpful in troubleshooting issues with popups, automations, coupons, and so on.

We changed to SmartrMail some time ago (we were using another Email Marketing Integration that frustrated us no end - !) SmartrMail is one of the 1st integrations to offer Automated Product recommendations email, and their Automated Emails are really easy to create and have many features. SmartrMail is a great app offering all the welcome/abandoned cart / thank you emails automation that any online business needs - and MORE!- We hope that they will integrate with other apps for reviews and cart check out features soon - I do look forward to some more design features that would make our emails look even more polished - We highly recommend Smartrmail their Customer Support is EXCELLENT and the Pricing and Marketing Features are on point !!!

I've found SmartrMail to be much easier to use than Mailchimp and other email marketing providers! Customer service is also excellent!

We just started with SmartrMail, and so far the experience has been fabulous. I think the customer service is what sets this company apart. I have had several conversations with Moe, one of their great customer service reps. He has been very helpful. If this is the way they treat their customers, they'll have us for ever. If you're thinking about trying them... do it! You'll be glad you did.

I do struggle with online marketing, I am getting old, but these guys make it much easier and are very helpful and patient with their instructing. Was using it with my previous website, so very looking forward to getting it all going through Shopify, love some of the new features they have added since I last used it. Highly recommended for small businesses. The app is very intuitive, so far it's been easy to use, the email builder is complete and they have good email templates. Also very good customer service.
