I tried to use this app because it is one of the few that "work" with the "Buy it Now" feature. This was a bad idea. Customers that choose "Buy it Now" will not see the discount until the final page of checkout—after they've entered login and shipping info. This confused many customers. The discount is advertised, but not presented until the final checkout page. *** To make matters worse, their email support turned into pointless, never-ending correspondence of "Who's right, who's wrong." The primary question (i.e. problem above) was avoided, througout many messages. Also, the look and aesthetics of the app will not complement your theme. I don't know why they didn't just find the most popular theme (probably Debut), then reverse engineer the design, from there. *** Support and aesthetics aside, I don't want an app that confuses and deters potential customers. I highly recommend finding an alternative.
Hi, As explained to you in the emails, in order to test out our app you need to clean your code from other discount apps that interfere with our app. Our app is working fine with the Buy it Now (and PayPal) button in the most themes, but it requires custom coding which we always ready to do for our clients for free. Your store, by the way, does not have any Buy it Now button on the product pages. How could you test it? I'm blown away by the customer service here. Before committing to Smart App, we tried dozens of other volume discount apps. This app won because of its price, compatibility with our Ajax cart, and the way it displayed the discounts. On our launch day, we discovered that for some reason, the discount wasn't applying in checkout! I reached out to the support team using their chat feature, and an amazing person named Vadim solved our problem within minutes - it turns out the old apps we had tried left old code in our store that was interfering with this app. I cannot emphasize how valuable this was for us - the speed with which Vadim resolved our issue has me feeling so confident in the expertise and helpfulness of Smarty - we will be sticking with this app for good because of this encounter, and recommending them to everyone who is curious!

UPDATE 5-11-22: We have been trying to contact the app developers for days. The used to be very responsive and helpful. NOW: crickets. They are unreachable. We can't understand it. There is no mechanism to cancel the app on the actual app, and we are on a paid plan. There is also no way to change our plan to unpaid. This can't be the same app or company. It was so much better previously. Previous: We are very happy with the Smarty App, it works super well and has helped us increase sales. We especially like the customer support we get from their team. They are very responsive and address any support we may need which is not that often, fortunately. We have needed to add products to our bundles and that's about it, because the app is very effective.

Alright - been a few months that we've been using it. It is still the ONLY APP that will allow you to make multiple automatic discount scenarios that can be used in conjunction with each other. We've had some teething problems, mainly because we are using a massive amount of automatic discount scenario's, but Vadim and his team are always looking into how to make it more effective. Slight issues with applying discounts when using certain dated browsers, and it's wiser to create the discount scenario's per product as opposed of per Collection. Trust me, make them per product, it will work a lot more smoothly. But setting it up is super easy and self explanatory, never had to wait more than 12 hours for a response from Vad and his team.

Why your voucher discount code still can be used in other collections ? i was setting only one collections, but your code also can to use in other collections -- 10 May 2020 I am very disappointed with this app, he gave me a free plan forever, but when I tried to make a quantity promo, this application made a price mistake and this made me lose 19 May 2020 Case closed, support is real time to respons via email

The app works great and can directed to specific items (as opposed to only global discounts) which is exactly what we needed for our site. Their support team quickly resolved the initial setup problem we had as well.

This app is SO easy to use and so flexible. Let's you add numerous discounts per product. Let you select whether to apply to just a product, a collection, etc. Discount by fixed amount OR by percentage. Easy to search for a campaign you've built no matter how many you have. And much more. Just so easy to use and update.

Works fantastically. Reliably increases AOV. The 7 Day Free-Trial is mint, especially when you're trying out these types of apps for the first time. Customizable. Less pricey than other competitors as well while offering the same (if not in some cases, better) value. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes the gold standard in Volume Discount apps in the next few months. Kudos.

This app works perfectly even with an unconventional theme. However, I faced an issue and support was simply fantastic. They even updated their app and created a new release to solve my issues. And most of all, this app works with Paypal and «Buy Now» button. Give them a try, they deserve it.

Great app. Simple, powerful, and to the point. Also a solid price. Even more solid... customer service. These guys, including a developer, jumped in on a weekend, found the problem, and were above-the-call-of-duty polite enough not to mention that it was all my fault in the first place, even though of course it totally was! Seems I'd deleted a bit of their code. Can't expect an app to run if you'd deleted its code, can you. Anyway, great guys.

Using it for Discounted purposes. Have had some issues regarding what I want in the app, but the support was there right away and helped me out! They are actively updating the app and providing the best of it. Support is 100% legit, active and helpful all the time. Great features with customization within the Theme, easy and understandable. Cheap as well. Best one out there.

Great app! I was looking for an app which will suggest two or more levels of discounts. The app also writes at the cart about the sale- how much the customer saved/ how much he will save. Easy to install and set up offers, increase the total purchase, and decreased the abandoned carts. I suggest to add an option to edit the size of the fonts. Thank you very much!

Works smooth, cheap and reliable one! Really like the automatic upsell function and easy dashboard. Price break per product works fine, no exceptions so far... Would recommend for non-English stores as well - fully multilingual support.
