Lynn and the Smile.io technical team provided excellent service! We had a tricky JavaScript TypeError conflict preventing the points balance from displaying on our legacy Shopify customer account page. The team was professional, efficiently debugged the underlying issue, and verified the custom code solution. Our points are now displaying in real-time. Smile doesn't do everything I've dreamed up (could be a little more customizable), but it covers most needs, and the customer service is above par. Just wonderful to deal with. It's a great loyalty option, for sure!
