There is no proper onboarding (only slow chat support) and there is a lot of things that do not work. just to name a few: 1) settings say that my mobile launcher is supposed to be on the left -> still shows up on the right side, even after waiting for over an hour 2) I created my loyalty page. Has no content. Cannot add "ways to earn" to page 3) Analytics are wrong. I had a "Member CLV" of 554 while loyalty driven revenue is 0. 4) ... and a few more If I wait for the chat to give me all the info, I will not be ready before next month.

The starter plan is just ridiculous. For 50$ they dont let you do anything. worst costumer support too.

Tried to use for consignment and POS, spent hours trying to get it to work, but couldn't get an exact amount for a customer to carry over to POS. Tried support, their AI was helpful, but it took over an hour to connect me to someone and they didn't look at the issue and then just stopped replying.

It’s hard to get support. I had an extended conversation with support asking unnecessary questions only for them to turn and say it has to be escalated. When it was escalated I still have yet to hear from anyone. This app is giving customers free products and up to 40% off and I did not authorize this. Please I need help or I will have to uninstall this app.

Support is difficult to communicate with. If you have B2B transactions on the same website, don't use this app.

We discovered that more than 12,000 discount codes were created through this app and then published on coupon websites for anyone to use. Nobody ever warned us this was happening. It’s obvious someone hacked or exploited the referral program, but instead of helping, support didn’t even apologize or offer a solution to delete or block these codes. This is unacceptable for a platform that should be protecting merchants, not leaving us exposed to abuse. If you value your store and revenue, think twice before trusting this app.

Not recommended at all. This app is just such a "pay-to-win" app type.. They have a really basic personalised points program, which does not allow you to make any little modification. In my case, I reached out the max capacity of the starter plan and started considering upgrading to the 199€ / month, but wanted to see how a couple of new things would work inside of the app first. I found out you can't even access your app with all your customers points and information if you don't pay the upgraded plan in advance. I talked with customer support but, in their words: "they cannot do anything bc I maxed it out my plan" I am very disappointed with this greedy policy they work with, and now I am looking for another options.

The pricing and lack of features has gotten out of control. We are unsure how Smile calculates the 500 order threshold, but it is not accurate. Beware of the bait and switch for pricing and features that should be included but behind paywalls. You'll be paying $200/month shortly. We constantly get customer complaints how hard it is to redeem rewards. We have been loyal customers, but it is time to move on and I would bet many are looking for ways out.

Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Subscription Policy I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. They offer only chat and email support, both of which take hours to receive a response—completely unacceptable for a paid service. What’s even more frustrating is their unfair subscription policy. I paid $50 for a monthly subscription, and after realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations, I canceled the subscription within an hour to avoid being charged for the next cycle. To my surprise, all the paid features were immediately revoked, and I was denied access to the app for the remaining 29 days—despite having already paid for the full month! To make matters worse, Shelby, who appears to be in customer service, seems completely uninterested in providing any real assistance. Why have someone in customer service if they are not willing to do their job? Her lack of concern and unwillingness to help only adds to the frustration of dealing with this company. This practice is unacceptable and misleading. I PAID FOR THE MONTH and should be entitled to use the service for the entire duration, regardless of when I choose to cancel. I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.

App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!! Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app.

It seems ok, but you have to pay to edit ANYTHING pretty much. Its so disappointing trying to find a good loyalty program to use as a small woman owned business just starting out. I feel like there should be a company who caters to small start ups... we cant afford to pay $$$ to offer the BASICS to our customers... I want to love this app... but I cant just yet. The Free version is VERY VERY basic and you cant customize anything but the background color... :( dont yall remember what it was like to be a small a start up? Couldnt yall offer a slightly better cheaper version for someone like us?

it seems like a good app but I just lose a lot of time and Couldn't make it work. it is not showing in my website and I couldn't understand how clients will see their point or redeem them. I also try to reach through the chat but nobody answered. I was willing to pay after all that trouble with the free version.
