So far Smile.io is great! They have very thorough tutorials, customer service is top notch and I love the flexibility of the app. They even helped me develop a plan that works best for my in-person retail shop. Would highly recommend!

Smile has been great to offer discounts to customers both online and in-store. We had a few minor setup issues and ideas we wanted to explore and received amazing support from the customer support team.

Early stages of using this app, but so far it seems really intuitive with great functionality. Customer service experience has also been amazing, especially with helping me to set up the referral program. Excited to use it further!

Maggie & Angie were very responsive and informative with assisting me with my inquiry. They were both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to list out every details and steps on helping me find my answer. I'm just starting with the app, and the customer service - even for customers on the free plan - is outstanding. Jade answered my multiple questions with clarity and understanding...and humor! I'm looking forward to testing out the app and seeing results, particularly with regards to a referral program. Keep up the great work!

The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!

The app is great for loyalty points and rewards. It works great with our POS setup. Needs a few feature enhancements like being able to use multiples of a discount amount for the POS instead of having to create multiple redemption rules (like currently you can only do $3 off, $6 off, $9 off instead of just a single $3 off and then automatically showing the option for its multiples). Great app otherwise and has features like VIP tiers, being able to exclude certain customers, adjusting points etc.
