Stellar Customer Service - could not have asked for more. Hannah went above and beyond when helping us with issues regarding our account. And the rest of the team - David, Maggie etc. were just super helpful in getting us the data we needed in a timely manner. You guys rock!

We just activated our account a few days ago but have had exceptional customer service while in the beginning stages of setting up our account! I've spoken with both Jade and Lisa over the last few days and they have walked me through all of my questions/concerns. Looking forward to implementing the loyalty program with our customers!!

We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money. I had a meeting with Hannah on optimising our program and was happy with her attentiveness and suggestions. Thank you Hannah.
