I have been using Smile: Loyalty & Rewards App for my Shopify store for a few months now and I have been very satisfied. My customers love earning points, and they love redeeming those points even more! Smile was easy to set up and when I needed help, the customer support team was quick to reply and super helpful. Currently, I am using the free app, but I will probably upgrade soon to take advantage of some additional features, such as integrations and customizable email messages.

Great App and super responsive Help Team that quickly address any question. I have been using this for a few years and find it the best Loyalty Program on the market. Very easy to navigate and set up. Great features for the customers.

I find this loyalty system hard to set up and the help on the chat was not that helpful/it took a long time for the team to come back but David jumped to the rescue and set up a call which we were really impressed with and his support was very helpful
