I have only just installed it and about to launch. The set up was easy but I had one issue I wanted to check. I used the chat service and Nicole answered and sorted my query out within 5 minutes. Great service. It's good to know that customer service is quick when you have new apps to master. Thank you so much Nicole

Easy to install and understand. I have tried other apps, but I preferred this one since it is easier to use, and they have a free plan for whose who are starting the business.

Smile has been a great app for our loyalty program. It's full of features, but not confusing to use like other apps available. Really appreciate how Smile have prioritised the UX for both the end users and also us as a merchant. The new 'Points at Checkout' feature is great! Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful!

Amazing customer service from Jade! The app is pretty user friendly and mostly easy to integrate with select POS systems. The customer service has always been prompt and helpful!

Lisa was fast and helpful! Even helped with simple math...can't stand math! It's difficult to find kind people to help with your online business, but Lisa was really great. Would love to defer to her for her excellent service from here on out, but I know that would be asking a lot.

Very easy to set up! I decided on the smallest upgrade so we can use our logo. I had a couple of questions about setting up the customer emails. Nicole was fantastic in getting back to me quickly, only to learn that the program pretty well does all the filling in for you. Great customer service with a smile! (pun intended). We're excited about this Loyalty Program. Thank you!
