We've been with Smile for several years and it's been great, both in terms of function and service from the team. It's straightforward to setup, customise and - most importantly - monitor performance. And whenever we encounter issues, the team are quick to respond and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

We have been using this app for years and we love it. It is clean, simple and user friendly for us, and for our customers. Whenever I have questions in implementing something new Smile support is amazing - everyone I have dealt with over the years has been so helpful, friendly and quick to resolve our problems! Stellar Customer Service - could not have asked for more. Hannah went above and beyond when helping us with issues regarding our account. And the rest of the team - David, Maggie etc. were just super helpful in getting us the data we needed in a timely manner. You guys rock!

We just activated our account a few days ago but have had exceptional customer service while in the beginning stages of setting up our account! I've spoken with both Jade and Lisa over the last few days and they have walked me through all of my questions/concerns. Looking forward to implementing the loyalty program with our customers!!
