We have used Smile for the last few years and have found it an intuitive rewards platform - some of the features are a little basic in comparison to other rewards platforms however overall is great value for money. I had a meeting with Hannah on optimising our program and was happy with her attentiveness and suggestions. Thank you Hannah.

I'm new but everything has been great so far. I did my research for about a week before i signed up. Compared to the competition Smile was the better choice. The customer service is great. Fast and helpful.

Super simple to use, the free plan is so robust! we have a great reorder rate thanks to smile and the rewards program we have used.

The app is great, as of now using the free plan. Whenever I have questions I go to the support. Jade was really helpful and quick to answer my questions.

I love Smile.io. Several customers have already redeemed points. The interface is user friendly and pleasing to the eye. And their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable.
