Smile is very user friendly and is great for an affordable and easy to use Refer A Friend program. The customer service reps are amazing too! The live chat works great, and they let you know if anyone is online to help. Lisa specifically helped me solve a major issue in the matter of two responses. Thanks Lisa!!

Thanks to Lisa for helping to resolve my issue and give advise on different topics. I believe there are some improvement for Smile required or needs to be done but for now I'm happy with the service as free plan use.

Very helpful when I needed assistance to exclude customers from redeeming rewards on items that are already marked down in my shop. I love the ease and flow of this app. Hopefully it will be the same experience for my customers.

We love having this app as part of the buying experience for our customers. Great way to reward customers and drive/push sales for repeat purchases. Easily see what customers are earning and referring. The sales support staff was excellent in solving some back-end issues we had initially with setup.

Have needed a hand with a few things and the Team have always helped out super quick on the chat area. Honestly, I am just rating my experience with Jade today. My questions were not only answered, they were taken care of and done for me! I am super happy with the support. They answered in chat almost immediately. I love that, and Jade was sooooo helpful and fun, and kind. Great experience!
