There is a free option which was a great place for us to start. Once we got a hang of it, it was super easy to use & works great for a small e-commerce

Decent features on the basic plan, but the main selling point is the customer service which is very helpful and responsive.

Great app! Easy to implement and customize referral and loyalty program. The free plan is a good place to start and, once the program gets traction, the monthly fees are affordable. Highly recommend!

Just installed Smile and my customers in the store are already loving the program. I had a few issues with getting the App installed on the POS terminal and worked with Nicole Miles who showed so much patience in working through the issue with me and helped me resolve the Setup issue to my great satisfaction. Great customer service Nicole!

While I don't think we've spent enough time trying to maximize the benefits of this app, it appears that a good number of our customers are using it to their benefit - and hopefully to ours! Excellent customer service from the support team.
