Recently added to encourage repeat business. The app features are complex but organized in a seamless dashboard. We appreicate how customer rewards can be modified just as easily as they are added. This is the first app we've found where everything can realistically run on autopilot. Upgrad options are pricey, however the support team is worth it.

The free plan is amazing - has everything I want! I had some problems adjusting the launcher on mobile, but customer service was extremely helpful. Andreandana is the best!

Awesome customer service! App is solid and easy to use! I recommend Smile over other reward program apps!

For some context on our pricing structure, we price based on features, instead of pricing based on the number of orders your shop receives or the number of customers that you have, like most of our competitors. It is our hope that with this pricing structure we can help small businesses grow, instead of punishing them for growth. This is why we offer different features at different price levels, and recommend adding more features as your business grows. You can run a successful rewards program and increase repeat purchases on any of our plans, even free. That being said, it sounds like you are specifically interested in the Growth Plan ($199/month). We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels. The support I have received for any of my queries has been second to none. Particularly the support I have received from Joana (27/09) - she answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and offered workarounds for our unique needs. Thank you. Update - 18/09 I've recently add dealings with Ezra, who was extremely helpful and efficient in sorting my request. Once again, the Smile team have delivered.

We have used Smile for over 2 years now. They have been most supportive and have helped answered all our questions throughout the years. From onboarding us to the odd issues we experienced, Smile was always there to solve them quickly and effectively. Great product that has helped us grown our business and nurture our customers.
