Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Smile has been pretty seamless to set up and when I experienced a little issue, the customer service was outstanding. Joana went out of her way to step me through a solution and then fixed another problem on my site without me needing to log a separate case with Shopify or my Theme developer. I'm early into my journey using Smile but, so far, I'm really impressed by its service. Happy to recommend Smile!

app's crazy. We are soon gonna implement the 600€/month plan in our marketing ecosystem, definitely and investment, but surely with postive roi at the end of the month.

Love Smile! Such an awesome app that rewards my customers without me having to do a thing. Great for customer retention! Had an issue recently with my launcher not showing points and continuously needing my customers to log in. I got in touch with the Smile team and the issue was fixed within minutes. Even got a compliment on my products which was nice! Would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a rewards system for their website!

Awesome help from the Help Center people. A little limited on the Starter Plan (paid), but ok for basic needs.

Smile works great and is easy to use for both customers on the front end and for staff managing it in the back end. Set up is pretty much set and forget but support are fast and helpful when needed.

Great app, and good customer service. Our customers love the reward system and smile makes it easy. I was disappointed that they don't have a free plan anymore and find the app still pricey but Smile is good at what they do and it does provide a good value for our customers.
