i have just set up the sweet tooth reward program for my store http://hotro.myshopify.com and am so stoked to start using this app. I have read so many positive reviews on the program I cant wait to see it in action.

Super easy to configure, took me 10 minutes. A bit disappointed in how little you can customize the design on the free app, looking forward to upgrading as soon as I hit 500 clients and seeing what else they've got.

Having a reward program is such a great idea and Sweet Tooth makes it easy and explains everything so clearly. I can't wait to see how well this will work out for my store.

Great app, easy to set up and very customizable, but the missing possibility of changing the language takes away a star.

Pretty simple set up, in app support as well. but kind of a long wait for response to questions. And it doesn't automatically update points for existing or previous orders.. But you can manually enter points. Which is a big plus.

Pretty good app, but I would like to be able to reward certain customers (specifically ambassadors promoting my jewelry) free product as well based on how many referred. Also, I would like to be able to see which ambassador the coupon code used on my site was linked to. i.e. which customer referred them. Lastly, I would like to be able to reward points based on amount of order that was referred. I don't want to give $5 off (500 points) of a $10 order, but I would on a $100 order and so on. Very easy to use and efficient! I like the format a lot. My only qualm is that the lowest paid tier is so high in cost. For a start-up business, its tough to justify.

It's a bit buggy, but the response team fixes the bugs pretty quickly if you send them an email. Support is very quick and courteous and they get to work straight away. Overall, pretty happy with it, especially for the price.

Great customer service! They have been *so* helpful with all of my questions!! I wish that there was more customization available, and they are still working on this. But I love the program overall, and the ability to reward my customers and motivate them to keep coming back.
