We use Smile.io on our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our site, and helps us reward loyal customers in a simple, professional way. I recently reached out to support with a question about enabling points on product pages, and Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. We use Smile for our Sloane Rewards Program at Sloane Fine Tea, and it’s been an excellent experience. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and integrates seamlessly with our store. Our customers love being rewarded for their loyalty (and their love of tea!), and we’re thrilled to be able to give back to our community in such a meaningful way. The Smile team is also fantastic! I had a great support experience from Shelby. I asked her about a function which I was surprised did not exist. She offered to submit it to the developers. I thought that would be the last time I heard from her. Was very surprised to receive an email from her within a week stating that there was now a solution. Great service!

Implementation has been smooth and the support for customising a rewards program via the API is excellent. Andrea and Ezra from the Smile team provided really fast and effective support during our set-up which was hugely helpful.
