So far it has been great, we ran in to some issues that wasn't smile app related I just thought it was and the team worked hard to help us and went above and beyond to find a solution to our issue turned out it was another app that was blocking smile and we were able to have this resolved with the information received from smiles technical team, thank you Angie!

Smile is truly amazing. We do love the app that genuinely care about their customers. Many thanks for Lynn, Erza, and Andrea for being super responsive, patient, and helpful every single time to guide us through setting up our loyalty program. And thanks to Cole and Karen cuz they really listen to what we need, help us improve, and always help us get the most out of the app. Honestly, it feels less like working with an app provider and more like having teammates who have your back.
