Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Have needed a hand with a few things and the Team have always helped out super quick on the chat area. As an e-commerce store owner who integrates numerous apps customer service and more importantly the support aspect is vitally important to me when deciding who to trust and use. The Smile crew definitely tick this box for me!

Honestly, I am just rating my experience with Jade today. My questions were not only answered, they were taken care of and done for me! I am super happy with the support. They answered in chat almost immediately. I love that, and Jade was sooooo helpful and fun, and kind. Great experience!

Lisa was very responsive and helpful. What wasn't understood, she made it very simple and insightful. very good customer service.

Maria was awesome and quick helping me figure out my issue. Not only did she show me how to fix it, she explained why and how each works......with screenshots and all.

I installed this app to reward my loyal customers and the same time use it as a way of marketing my website. It works perfectly and makes happy the customers with the rewards they get. Had an issue with the launcher because it wasn't showing on our website. After contacting the customer service via chat, they solved the issue and now everything works fine.

Lisa was amazing! She helped my understand several features of the app! I feel much more likely to continue using the app and educating my customers on the app.

So far we've been happy with it and have had it installed 3.5 years! It just works, we don't have to fumble around with it, and our customers use it (we know because we get emails about it all the time if something isn't working right, they're worried they didn't get their points, etc.)
