We really love the Smile.io. The support is awesome! The UI of the Backend is clean and clear -> easy to set it up!

I'm just getting started with Smile , trying to get a good foundation. Lisa answered my question very quickly and directly. When I asked a follow up that wasn't her area of expertise she quickly referred me to the team that should be able to help.

Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Big shout of to the wizard himself that is Joshua, what a great guy and brilliant customer service, he deserves a wand upgrade (pay rise) if it was up to me! Cheers Joshua, you took a boring ole' question and turned it into a fun response. Keep up the good work, keep doing you and don't stop! Godspeed brother

This app is amazing and I am so excited to see the excitement my customers have over our new loyalty program. This app was easy to integrate with Shopify (literally took me 5 minutes).. I had a few questions and customer service went about and beyond!

This is truely the best loyalty app! I have tested tested several apps and Smile.io is the clear winner! World-class support and help for the whole team. Smile.io gets my warmest recommendations. Great for any size of businesses!

Freaking amazing! So easy to use. Took me a day to get fully set up with custom icons and all my own rewards set up! I LOVE it! I even imported customers past order dollars and gave them points for past purchases!
