I love that they have adapted to a more accessible pricing structure. My customer love receive points and I love to have loyal customer. This type of program sets me apart from my competitors.

This app has been working well for us. Today we discovered an unintended consequence of dealers that already purchase from us online with a discount code being able to accumulate and redeem points. I reached out for guidance on this and was met with an almost instantaneous solution. Great support!

Easy setup and very helpful staff. Always quick and accurate responses to any questions that come up.

I just finished chatting with Nicole and I cannot begin to tell you how easy this set up was. Her instructions were seamless. She sent me video’s to show me where to navigate to what I needed to fix. Support solves inquiries usually same day and if it is going to be longer they are up front about it. The biggest thing is you can see they really value our growth, Smile is continuously willing to support us in our endeavors and ensures that they are continuing to provide valuable services and upgrades.

I love the app, it's just the entry level price is too expensive for small businesses. They need to drop the starter price. I would have moved from Free to Starter over a year ago if they had a promotion or something. Currently keeping an eye out for cheaper paid options or seeing if they address the price issue. EDIT: Smile have addressed my issues. I am very happy with the dedication they showed in coming up with a great solution for my business.

Not being a particularly technical person I cant tell you how brilliant the customer support has been for the app, in particular Tess, Marie and Joana who all went out of their way to help me. I feel this integrated app will be a real bonus to growing my customer base and keep customers returning .
