Great app! Easy to implement and customize referral and loyalty program. The free plan is a good place to start and, once the program gets traction, the monthly fees are affordable. Highly recommend!

Just installed Smile and my customers in the store are already loving the program. I had a few issues with getting the App installed on the POS terminal and worked with Nicole Miles who showed so much patience in working through the issue with me and helped me resolve the Setup issue to my great satisfaction. Recently added to encourage repeat business. The app features are complex but organized in a seamless dashboard. We appreicate how customer rewards can be modified just as easily as they are added. This is the first app we've found where everything can realistically run on autopilot. Upgrad options are pricey, however the support team is worth it.

The free plan is amazing - has everything I want! I had some problems adjusting the launcher on mobile, but customer service was extremely helpful. Andreandana is the best!

For some context on our pricing structure, we price based on features, instead of pricing based on the number of orders your shop receives or the number of customers that you have, like most of our competitors. It is our hope that with this pricing structure we can help small businesses grow, instead of punishing them for growth. This is why we offer different features at different price levels, and recommend adding more features as your business grows. You can run a successful rewards program and increase repeat purchases on any of our plans, even free. That being said, it sounds like you are specifically interested in the Growth Plan ($199/month).
