The customer service from Smile is awesome! Each time I reach out they're always kind and respond quickly. Even on the free plan my rewards and referral programs look and function amazingly.

We love using Smile for our loyalty program. The features are great and the app is super intuitive and easy to use. Support is also great and I got instant answers when I had questions.

I have recently added smile to my store but needed some help. It was great to know that I could get on a chat and speak to a real person at 8.30pm to help with a problem. It was sorted in 5 mins, amazing.

Still configuring my points program with Smile.io. It's very intuitive and easy to customize for your brand, and the few questions I've had were helpfully answered for me by Jade in the live chat. Can't wait to get it up and running on my site.

I've been using this app for a while now and have been super happy with it. Easy to use and navigate. Easy for my customers to understand and outstanding customer service in a timely manner should you require any help! Highly recommend.

Amazing support - Jade was so helpful and helped us sort out our issues with placements. Very fast and responsive. Again spectacular support from Nicole who not only sorted our issue out but did it by making us have a good laugh too :)

Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through. I would recommend Smile.io for your rewards and loyalty program.
