Early days with using this app but the customer service, integration and interface have been superb. Used many, many plug ins in my time and somethings always difficult/a bit clunky. Yet to find any issues.

I needed some help with figuring out how my customers can redeem their rewards and the customer service team did a fantastic job helping me. They even created a nice graphic making easy for my customers to follow.

I had a small issue with uploading my customers previous points from my last rewards app. I hit Chat and Nicole helped me quickly figure out the problem. She told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and it worked. I successfully uploaded all my customers previously earned points, and I'm excited to set up the rest and see what Smile has to offer. It's great to know there's expert (human) help when you need it. Great so far!

The app is very helpful to drive customer loyalty, and the app support team is great! They respond in seconds and walk you through until everything is resolved. Cole an amazing person and customer service.

Great communication. Whenever I have a question the team is always available and responds within a reasonable time. I also really just love the app. It is really clean, seamless and easy enough for me and my customers to use. I look forward to adding on my features within the app.
