i was afraid to use this app because of the expensive tires , after trying the free version i can say it is one of the best loyalty apps and there support are very nice even i am on the free version heheehe all the best to them

Absolutely amazed by the support team at Smile. Had an issue with one of my other apps that integrated with Smile and Smile dedicated resources within ~30 seconds to help diagnose the other app's issue and figured out a solution that they were able to implement. The first month using it, pretty far amazing Rewards app. Should be great to have a little customization for free users. Like badge or some like that

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! The issue turned out to be due to the customer and not the app itself! Thank you so much for your support!

I have noticed that Smile application management/support is professional and works really hard to offer good customer service. The application is reliable, relatively easy to use and not very expensive. And, using it can make your brand stand out.
