Amazing APP with Great Customer Service Support. All store owners need to get a quick response as soon as they install any APP. This is the amazing team to support every question that you need to ask. So far so Great! We are very happy so far with Smile and how straight forward and well integrated it is with out site. We have not enabled the app yet so we are unsure of results but the customer support team has been awesome, the app is super slick and is very well designed, and we feel that we have gone with the right app. More to come soon.

I have been using them for about 2 years now. Everything has been amazing with them so far. I just wish they had a built in SMS system as I have also been using Fivestars.com. Currently have over 10,000 customers phone numbers with points accumulated but no way of truly integrating all this into one single system.

Eine wirklich sehr gute und umfangreiche App, covert all unsere Ansprüche. Einziger kleiner Punkt, aber da habe ich auch keine Lösung bei den Mitbewerbern gefunden, man kann nur eine Sprache auswählen. Mit einem Mehrsprachigen Shop ist man also nicht so gut bedient. super support, sehr nett und hilfreich.
