We have been using it to start our Rewards program for our customers. It's worked out well so far. The team at Smile were prompt in response when we reached out regarding some concerns and offered solutions which worked in our favor. Thanks Andrea and Lynn for your support.

We have installed the free version to test before upgrading, its fantastic! Its super easy to install and use. I had a query, got a live response really quickly and their staff are always willing to assist. Very fast response time too.

Very helpful support. Beginner friendly. Unfortunately doesn't work with the Theme Expanse, yet. Maybe they can fix it.

My customers love this app! They are doing the word of mouth marketing for me, and it makes me so happy to incentivize people to recommend our products without a lot of clicks & fuss!

Smile.io is an easy app to navigate, and has provided a significant amount of extra benefit for our customers. On top of that, what makes it great is the live support chat. I don't stick with apps for long if the service isn't there, and Smile has been great in that regard.

Had installed Smile a while back but never got around to completing the setup. I had some questions about the app so I replied to one of their emails and surprisingly they wrote back providing great recommendations for our setup. Shout out to Mackenzie for taking the time to answer in detail all my questions.

Love the Smile app to manage our loyalty/rewards program. Also, their support is fantastic. I couldn't figure out how to enable rewards for POS and they helped me within minutes. Thank you!

I cannot overstate how incredible the support is. There are a lot of programs that will accomplish the technical side of what we're trying to do, but Smile.io's support team is AMAZING. Shout out to Jade who spent half an hour with me, talking through every single question I had!! She was INCREDIBLE.
