Contacted their customer service and Larry went far and beyond my expectations. He answered my questions personalised to my business and needs, and didn't try to sell me anything but rather provide me what I actually only need. While I HAVE NOT tried the app yet, I can already tell the company is willing to help our business grow.

We've been using it for only a few days, but so far uptake by customers has been great. Support for any questions etc is A+.

Added the app and there is a nice little widget on my homepage. II liked that was easy to set-up and I am looking forward to customers using this new feature.

It was a pity to hear that we cannot develop emails in HMTL anymore. We hope in near future, to be able to translate all the program ( including nudges ) as for most of our customers who doesnt speak English, it´s not easy to understand when we show half in english and half in spanish.

Absolutely love the Smile.io Loyalty and Rewards app. It really incorporates everything we need to build our engagement and customer retention. Smile's support throughout our onboarding has been exceptional. Christian, in particular, really went above and beyond to ensure no stone was left unturned when it comes to ensuring our Loyalty Program has been set up for success and provided so many recommendations and tips and a great follow up email so we get the most from the Smile.io App. Amazing suggestions and really excellent support for our program. I have been a smile fan for over 2 years, and I cannot praise them enough. The customer is fast, friendly and extremely helpful, the app itself is a work of art, and the integrations seamless. 10/10 would recommend!

I have now been with Smile for 2 years and it has been amazing! Worth every penny. We have have consistently grown our membership and it has proven to be the best retention tool we have ever used. The customer service has been super helpful and friendly. A must have for anyone serious about customer service and retention.
