This app is easy to set up. I can't wait for my customers to start earning points. I love how everything is easy and less work for the business owner to do.

We use this app here at Redpath Shoes it helped my store grow loyal customers and keep coming back for more rewards we use the free version I would recommend it to any online store give it a try

I've only used this app for a couple months but I am very pleased with its functionality and everything it offers. Very impressed by the support team, they're always happy to help and find a solution that works for us. I can say that Smile works way better than other loyalty program apps. Very happy with Smile in general!

I have been very impressed by the support and customer service for this app. We plan to use it for our Point of Sale, and are moving our e-com over to shopify as well and will use it there as well to have a unified experience.

We had a kind of a tricky situation about the placement of the Smile icon. The whole team at Smile.io was really responsive and attentive. Brady was particularly helpful and offered a solution that really worked for us. We'd recommend working with Smile.io and using this app for easy customer rewards and referrals.

Simple and powerful rewards and loyalty program. The support staff is responsive and helpful. Maggie quickly resolved my issue with connecting Smile in our custom theme.

Full disclosure, I am a technology nightmare. What should be intuitive sends me over the edge. That being said, today Jobie and Brady (for the save) got me set-up and ready to go, despite my protestations that THEIR app didn't make sense - ha! Of course, it does, and Brady got me through it at the end feeling confident and ready to go...THANK YOU!
